An unidentified counterstamped VOC Duit which I obtained from a dealer in Lanka.

Obverse : 059 stamped incuse on smoothened obverse surface of duit.
Reverse : blank except for IMHO, faint residual of VOC monogram.

This token is probably from Ceylon, but unlikely to be an estate token, or even used as currency. It is however very likely a recycled coin (duit?). Probably, token used for control or identity.

The VF grade token was scanned at 600 dpi and the images are displayed at 300 dpi. It was picked up from a dealer in Lanka, I don't remember, when.
