UNP National List MP Rajitha Senaratne on Friday appeared before the two remaining commissioners on the Bribery and Corruption Commission and lodged a formal complaint relating to the use of a credit card by Posts, Telecommunication and Media Minister Mangala Samaraweera which account was settled by Sri Lanka Telecom.
Dr. Senaratne was accompanied to the commission's Malalasekera Mawatha offices by Mr. Sarath Kongahage, MP, who the complainant said was his lawyer and Mr. Azath Salley, Colombo MMC, the Justice of the Peace before whom the affidavit presented by Dr. Senaratne to the commission was sworn.
