Alleged Chemmani graves
The Human Rights
Commission on Monday [13] initiated an inquiry
into the alleged killing and burial of
approximately 400 persons at Chemmani in the
Jaffna peninsula an authoritative official said
yesterday. The decision to investigate so called
mass graves was taken after a lengthy discussion,
