S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia will host Ananda College in their inter school cricket fixture today.This will be the key game of this week end.
Though both sides are equally balanced Anandians came to this game after winning four matches out of five. Thomians also are unbeaten so far winning one game.
Thomians are led by Naren Ratwatte. Together with their former skipper Upeka Fernando and deputy skipper Suranga Pieris. These players are bound to make an impression today.
Anandians are led by Jitendra Perera. Tilina Kandambi, Muthumudalige Pushpakumara and Lakshan Fernando, paceman Mohamad Ramzi are their main players. Anandians famous for their positive approach in the game will once again try to do the same, today.
Thomians will have more confidence since they play on their home grounds.
Nalanda College will encounter Thurstan and will play their game at Campbell Park today. Nalandians led by Niranjan Kumara have an experience side to make good challenge against the Thurstanites.a
At Darley Road St. Josephs will play St. Benedicts and Josephian hold the edge.
D. S. Senanayake College led by Shashi Lafir will meet Isipatana College at Wijerama Mawatha while St. Peters will play against St. Benedicts at Bambalapitiya.

Nondescript Cricket Club (NCC) will confront Moors SC in a key Premier League Championship match at Maitland Place commencing today.NCC with the exclusion of their key player, in form Hashan Tillekeratne, who is in Australia with the national team will be still at full strength. They are led by another National Cap and opener Russell Arnold. They possess a well balanced side. The batting has the depth commencing from the opener Arnold.
The players to be watched are Naveed Nawaz, Anil Rideegammanagedara. The bowling department will be anchored by Australian drop out Ravindra Pushpakumara, Pradeep Hewage too is capable of turning things their way.
Ruwan Kalpage will be their key off spinner.
Moors, which had a successful limited over tournament will have to adopt themselves to another different ball game. They defeated their rivals by a run in the concluded limited over tournament.
All rounder Chandika Haturusinghe will lead them in today's game. They have a highly skilled outfit. A keen tussle is expected. Meanwhile, in the other games in the same tournament SSC will host Tamil Union at Maitland Place. BRC will take on Bloomfield at Havelock Park.

St. Sebastian's College, Moratuwa beat De Mazenod College, Kandana by four wickets in their inter-school cricket encounter played at Moratuwa.St. Sebastian's continuing their 1st innings total of 139 declared at 151/9 and sending De Mazenod for their second lease were bundled out for 144.
Sohan Dantanarayana 34, Indika Ruwan Perera 43. Suranga de Silva captured 2/3, Malshan Fernando 2/22 and Dileep Fernando 3/23 for the Sebastianites and needing 143 to win made the required score comfortably with 4 wickets intact to gain victory.
