This Inscribed Lead token found in Akurugoda from the collection of Raja Wickramsinghe who published in 1999 book with Osmund Bopearachchi titled Ruhuna. An Ancient Civilization Re-visited .

RW had labeled it as Dolphins, but looks more like the auspicious symbol Matsa Yuwala or pair of fish

It was obtained in 2016 May from Lalith Raddella in Colombo who had purchased a selection from Raja Wickramasinghe.
