The number 1 is assumed to represent a full task.
There many such locally manufactured tokens of similar fabric and style with issuer unknown.
For example AW 1 P#71 token;
CY 1 P#25 full token; P#26 half token;
TK 1 token; P#103 half token;
Some of which also have ½ stamped incuse for half task,
which is the justification of them being called coffee tokens.
