Database of the Central Bank Sri Lanka (CBSL). Much of the information upto
1985 was published in Sallay's book. Lot of information was lost by CBSL
during Bombing in 1996 and recovered based on information
obtained from Royal Mint
I obtained a FAX from the CBSL of the database as it existed in 2001 Sept.
It reflects coins issued in Sri Lanka, excluding commemorative coins sold
directly by the Royal Mint.
In 2003 Oct, I was told it is considered confidential for unknown reason.
This information should be published in the annual report of CBSL.
